Full job descriptionSenior Project Payroll Consultant | London | Hybrid | 4 months Temporary Assignment | £500 - £900 per day
My client, a prestigious organisation based in the City of London are currently seeking a Senior Project Payroll Consultant for a 4 Month basis.
This is a senior payroll consultant position that would be capable of assessing the current payroll operating model with a view to recommending a new/improved operating model.
Key Responsibilities:
*Review the current payroll operating model end to end across process, governance, systems, service delivery, controls, and stakeholder accountabilities.
*Identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, and pain points
*Assess whether the current model is the optimum setup for the future
*Evaluate realistic future-state options
*Recommend the most effective, efficient, and resilient payroll operating model for the future, that sits appropriate alongside our risk profile as an organisation
*Provide a practical implementation roadmap for any recommendations made
*Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and commercially sensible way
*Strong experience in global payroll operating model review and redesign
*Experience of outsourced payroll environments
*Experience working across international organisations
*Good judgement on governance, controls, service quality, and risk
*Payroll transformation experience
*HR systems knowledge
*Provider selection or transition experience
*Background in both strategy and delivery
*Current-state review
*Options paper
*Recommendation paper
*Implementation roadmap
*Executive presentation
