Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid

About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and motivated Family Solicitor with 1-3 years’ post-qualification experience to join a well-established Family Law team.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of privately and publicly funded family matters, with a particular focus on legal aid work. This role would suit a solicitor who is passionate about family law and committed to providing high-quality legal advice and representation to vulnerable clients.
Key Responsibilities*Managing a caseload of family law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
*Advising and representing clients in:*Domestic abuse matters
*Private children proceedings
*Non-molestation and occupation order applications
*Divorce and separation matters
*Financial remedy proceedings

*Conducting advocacy where appropriate.
*Preparing court applications, witness statements and other legal documents.
*Maintaining compliance with Legal Aid Agency requirements and professional standards.
*Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
*Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
Essential Requirements*Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
*1-3 years’ PQE in family law.
*Experience managing a family law caseload.
*Good working knowledge of legal aid procedures and funding requirements.
*Strong advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills.
*Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients.
Desirable Requirements*Experience in both public and private family law matters.
*Family Law Accreditation or a willingness to work towards accreditation.
*Advocacy experience within the Family Court.
