Macildowie are working with this client based in Redditch to recruit a Receptionist & Administrator for a full-time temporary opportunity within the care sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and personable individual who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a busy administrative environment. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring visitors, residents, families and colleagues receive a professional and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities*Managing the reception desk and welcoming visitors
*Answering and directing telephone calls
*Handling incoming and outgoing post
*Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
*Supporting the management team with administrative duties
*Managing diaries, appointments and meeting rooms
*Processing documentation and updating internal systems
*Assisting with general office administration
*Supporting compliance and audit documentation where required
About You*Previous experience within a receptionist, administrator or customer service role
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
*Confident using Microsoft Office packages
*Able to prioritise workloads effectively
*Professional and approachable manner
