We are looking for an experienced Project / Programme Manager to lead a global Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) implementation programme.

This role will focus on delivering a new strategic identity solution across a large and complex organisation, working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities
*Lead the delivery of a global IGA programme
*Manage third-party delivery partners and internal teams
*Drive Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) process design
*Oversee integrations across HR systems, Active Directory/Entra and security platforms
*Support application onboarding and access governance activities
*Manage programme plans, risks and stakeholder reporting
*Work closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout delivery

Desired Skills
*Experience delivering IGA solutions such as:
*One Identity
*SailPoint
*Saviynt
*Strong Project or Programme Management experience
*Experience managing large-scale technology programmes
*Strong stakeholder management skills
*Understanding of identity and access management principles
*Prince2, PMP, MSP or equivalent qualifications preferred

Desirable
*Experience with One Identity Identity Manager
*Retail or Financial Services experience
*Knowledge of cloud identity platforms and security environments
