Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Trainee Sales Support Executive . No previous sales experience is required, full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop new skills and build a long-term career.
Working alongside an experienced team, you will learn all aspects of sales support, customer service, account management, and business development within a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities
*Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
*Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of customer quotations.
*Supporting the sales team with day-to-day account management activities.
*Building strong relationships with existing customers.
*Identifying potential opportunities to generate new business.
*Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
*Updating and maintaining customer records within the CRM system.
*Producing reports and assisting with sales administration duties.
*Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries efficiently.
