To be considered for the role of Nursery Manager you will have:
*Level 3 relevant childcare qualification (or above)
*Good knowledge of Ofsted & the EYFS
*Previous Management experience (Third in Charge, Experienced Room Leader, Deputy Nursery Manager)
*Ability to motivate, inspire and lead a passionate childcare professional team
*Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
