Full job description Healthcare Investment Banking Vice President
Location: London
We are currently partnering with a leading global investment bank to appoint an experienced Vice President within its Healthcare Investment Banking team in London. This is a high profile opportunity to join a well established platform with strong deal flow, a collaborative culture, and a growing European franchise.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the execution of M&A, equity and debt transactions across the Healthcare sector, working closely with senior bankers and clients
*Take ownership of key workstreams including financial modelling, valuation analysis, and preparation of client materials
*Play a central role in client interaction, supporting senior relationship management and contributing to origination efforts
*Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring high quality output across all deliverables
*Contribute to sector coverage initiatives, including market analysis and idea generation
Candidate Profile:
*6 to 10 years of experience within investment banking, with a strong focus on Healthcare
*Proven track record of executing transactions across M&A and capital markets
*Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills with strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and senior stakeholders
*Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing junior team members
*Strong academic background from a leading university
