Power BI Engineer (Snowflake)

I’m supporting a leading consultancy on a major Credit Risk transformation programme with a Financial Services client, looking for a Power BI Engineer with strong Snowflake cloud platform experience to deliver high-quality, data-driven reporting solutions.

What we’re looking for

The right Power BI Engineer should have: *Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboards, DAX, Power Query, data modelling)
*Proven experience working with the Snowflake cloud platform
*Experience integrating Power BI with Snowflake as a primary data source
*Strong understanding of semantic models, analytics layers, and large datasets
*Experience implementing data governance and security (e.g., Row-Level Security)
*Ability to optimise performance across reports, models, and refresh strategies
*Confident working with both technical teams and business stakeholders
*Experience within financial services or risk reporting (desirable)
