£30,000 base + £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission + Daily Bonuses)

They’re now looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join their high-performing team and convert a steady stream of inbound enquiries into business success.
What You’ll Be Doing*Converting inbound leads into sales across industry-recognised training programmes
*Promoting sought-after qualifications including Prince2, ILM, CMI, NVQs and CITB courses
*Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients across a range of sectors
*Delivering engaging consultations and showcasing the value of tailored training solutions
*Working closely with marketing to support campaigns and maximise opportunities
*Staying ahead of industry trends and continuously developing your expertise
What We’re Looking For*Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 3 years)
*A confident communicator with strong presentation skills
*Experience in account management and client relationship building
*A proactive approach to sales, including outbound and cold-calling activity
*Highly organised with strong time management skills
*Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a bonus)
*A resilient, positive mindset with the ability to handle diverse client needs professionally
