Ready to work on large-scale transformation programmes within Aerospace & Defence? We’re hiring a Management Consultant to join a high-performing team delivering complex transformation initiatives across defence organisations, aerospace manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers.

What you’ll have the opportunity to do as a Management Consultant *Working on large-scale business and operational transformation programmes within Aerospace & Defence
*Owning and leading workstreams or modules within wider programmes
*Designing and implementing target operating models (TOMs)
*Working closely with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions
*Supporting delivery through programme management, governance and risk management
*Running client workshops including problem-solving, innovation and requirements gathering
*Contributing to proposal development and internal capability building
About the Candidate

The right Management Consultant should have: *Experience within Aerospace & Defence (essential)
*Background in consulting or industry delivering transformation programmes
*Strong experience in at least one area:
*Supply Chain
*Manufacturing / Quality
*Programme Delivery
*Digital Engineering
*Proven ability to engage stakeholders and own workstreams
*Understanding of technology-enabled transformation (digital, data, systems)
*Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery
*Willingness to travel to UK client sites
