SALARY: 40K + Performance Bonus
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Fluent English (Essential) + Mandarin Chinese (Essential)


ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a commercially driven Inside Sales / Business Development role focused on supporting and expanding business across the China market.
The position requires a proactive, performance-oriented individual who can manage client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and deliver consistent sales growth within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
You will act as a key link between international teams and Chinese clients, ensuring smooth communication, strong account management, and efficient sales execution.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
*Develop and grow new business opportunities within the China market
*Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to drive revenue growth
*Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM systems
*Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
*Identify new industry sectors, customers, and product opportunities


Account Management
*Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients
*Act as the key point of contact for assigned customer accounts
*Deliver high levels of customer service and client satisfaction
*Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling


Sales Operations & Coordination
*Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline tracking, and customer records in CRM systems
*Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
*Support pricing, quotation, and order processing activities
*Coordinate with internal teams including operations, logistics, and finance


Market Development & Analysis
*Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
*Support regional sales strategy and growth initiatives
*Participate in business development activities, including events and exhibitions when required


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential:
*Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
*Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
*Experience working with international markets, ideally China or APAC
*Strong commercial awareness with a performance-driven mindset
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
*Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
*Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
*Fluent Mandarin Chinese and strong English communication skills


Preferred:
*Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
*Experience in B2B sales or technical/commercial industries
*Understanding of Chinese business culture and working practices
*Experience working in fast-paced, international environments


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
*Deliver a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions
*Work collaboratively across departments to achieve business objectives
*Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and operations
