We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Spanish to join a welcoming and well-established mainstream secondary school in Burnley. This is a full-time position starting in September 2026 and continuing through to December 2026.
The Role
As a Teacher of Spanish, you will:
*Deliver engaging and high-quality Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4
*Plan, prepare, and assess pupils’ work in line with curriculum requirements
*Foster a positive learning environment that supports student engagement and achievement
*Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support where needed
*Contribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate
Requirements
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
*Experience teaching Spanish in a UK secondary school setting
*Strong classroom management skills
*A passion for languages and the ability to inspire students
*Availability for the full duration of the role (September – December 2026)
