A Top Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Family Paralegal to join their Family Department on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working following the successful completion of the probationary period.
Key Responsibilities
*Assist and support solicitors and partners within the Family and Child Law team.
*Manage caseloads covering child and separation matters.
*Preparation of bundles and other court documentation.
*Liaise with clients, Courts, and other fee earners.
*Provide assistance to Counsel where required.
*Manage Legal Help forms efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Family Law Paralegal.
*Demonstrable interest in child law matters.
*Care proceedings experience is essential.
*Legal Aid experience is required.
*Eagerness to develop and expand existing skillset.
*Law degree with a minimum of 2:1 classification.
