Full job descriptionTax Manager (EMEA) London – Financial Services - £80,000 - £100,000 depending on experience – Hybrid 4 days in office


A leading international financial services business is seeking a Tax Manager to join its EMEA finance team in London. Reporting directly to the head of tax, this is a broad in-house tax role offers exposure to complex international tax matters across multiple entities within a fast-paced global environment.


Key Responsibilities in this role include:
*Manage UK corporation tax compliance, filings, and related reporting obligations
*Support quarterly and annual tax reporting under US GAAP across EMEA entities
*Oversee international tax matters including transfer pricing and intercompany transactions
*Prepare tax provisions, reconciliations, and journal entries while supporting audits and tax authority queries
*Partner with internal stakeholders and external advisers on tax planning, regulatory, and business initiatives
*Monitor legislative developments and contribute to process improvements across the tax function


Requirements
*ACA, ACCA, CTA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification
*4+ years post qualified experience
*Experience in corporate tax gained in practice and in industry
*Strong understanding of UK corporation tax and tax accounting principles
*Exposure to multinational or international tax environments preferred
*Knowledge of US GAAP tax reporting advantageous
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
*Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
