A highly regarded secondary school in Ealing is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from September 2026. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday during term time, offering an excellent opportunity to develop essential skills within a supportive educational environment.

The RoleAs a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students across a range of subjects and year groups. Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, you will help create a positive learning environment and contribute to student progress both academically and socially.
Duties and Responsibilities*Support students within lessons, both individually and in small groups.

*Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.

*Deliver targeted intervention sessions to raise attainment.

*Provide additional support to students with varying learning needs.

*Monitor student engagement and progress.

*Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

*Support behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.

*Contribute to extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities where appropriate.

Person Specification*A degree from a Russell Group university is highly desirable.

*Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.

*A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.

*Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential.

*Professional, proactive, and committed attitude.

*Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
