We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Receptionist & Administrator to join a busy education environment on a temporary ongoing basis.
As the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors, and external stakeholders, you will provide a professional reception service while supporting a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing front-of-house reception services.
*Answering and directing telephone enquiries.
*Handling post, deliveries, and general administration.
*Maintaining records and updating databases.
*Ordering office supplies and coordinating services.
*Supporting events, inductions, and administrative projects.
*Assisting with building access, security procedures, and emergency protocols.
*Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers.
About You
*Previous administration and customer service experience.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
*Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
*Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach.
