*Job Type: Temporary (2-month contract, with potential to extend)
*Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
*Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Role OverviewHRGO Recruitment are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packing & Polishing Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role involving polishing finished products, packing goods ready for dispatch, and supporting the wider production team.
Key Responsibilities*Polishing finished products to the required quality standards

*Packing products for storage and dispatch

*Assisting with loading and unloading materials as required

*Supporting general warehouse and production duties

*Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

*Following all health and safety procedures at all times

*Supporting the wider team to ensure production targets are met

Skills & Experience Required*Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or packing environment desirable

*Must be able to drive due to location

*Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

*Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

*Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

*Ability to carry out manual handling and physical tasks
