We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, staying organised, and providing high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
*Processing orders, requests, and general administration accurately
*Updating internal systems and maintaining customer records
*Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries efficiently
*Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin duties
*Ensuring customers receive a positive and helpful service at all times
The Ideal Candidate
*Previous customer service or administration experience
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems
*Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
*A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
