The Role
As Head of Lettings, you will be responsible for leading lettings operations across multiple branches, ensuring exceptional service standards while driving business growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading, motivating, and developing the lettings team across the region
*Delivering operational targets and maintaining high service standards
*Developing and implementing business generation strategies to win new instructions
*Conducting property valuations and client meetings
*Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for growth
*Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations
*Maintaining accurate records and reporting on business performance
*Providing coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members


What We’re Looking For


*Proven experience within a senior lettings management role, ideally as a Head of Lettings
*Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing successful teams
*Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and industry best practices
*Commercially minded with a target-driven approach
*Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
*Experience using CRM and lettings software systems
*Full UK driving licence essential
*ARLA Propertymark Level 3 or Level 4 qualification preferred (not essential)


Working Hours
Monday to Friday
Based primarily in the Manchester office, with travel to Lancashire and Sheffield branches required once or twice per week
