The Role
As a Production Operative, you will be working on a fast-moving production line within a chilled food manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
*Work on a production line in a chilled food manufacturing environment.
*Ensure production targets and deadlines are met consistently.
*Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and hygiene at all times.
*Wear and correctly use all required PPE provided by the business.
*Work as part of a team to support smooth and efficient production flow.
*Follow all company health, safety and food safety procedures.
About You
Essential Requirements:
*Experience working on a production line in a chilled food manufacturing environment.
*Ability to meet production deadlines and ensure orders are completed on time.
*Comfortable working in a chilled production line environment.
*Able to wear required PPE (provided by the business).
Desirable Requirements:
*Previous experience in a meat product production facility.
Shift Pattern
*8am until finish
