Our client, a well-established and highly successful mortgage brokerage based in Hertford, are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team.

What’s on Offer? * Basic salary of £27,000 - £30,000
* Realistic OTE of £30,000 - £33,000

The Role As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will:
* Meet clients face-to-face and provide professional mortgage advice
* Conduct initial appointments and progress applications through to completion
* Build strong relationships with clients and deliver outstanding customer service
* Ensure all business is written compliantly and in line with regulatory requirements
* Develop your knowledge and expertise through ongoing training and support
What We’re Looking For * Minimum CeMAP 1 qualified (full CeMAP qualification advantageous)
* Driven, motivated, and eager to build a successful career in mortgage advice
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
* Professional and target-driven approach
Working Hours Full-Time
Monday to Friday
