Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for leading people, improving processes and delivering outstanding customer service?
We are looking for an Order Operations Manager to lead a small team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer and supplier orders.
The Role
*Lead, coach and develop a team of 3
*Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry through to delivery
*Monitor KPIs and drive operational performance
*Identify process improvements and remove bottlenecks
*Work closely with Sales, Purchasing and Quality teams
*Act as the voice of the team, ensuring operational priorities are represented across the business
About You
*Previous leadership or supervisory experience
*Background in order processing, sales operations, purchasing, supply chain or a similar function
*Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills
*Experience improving processes and driving efficiencies
*Confident using KPIs and data to make decisions
*Highly organised with a proactive approach
