Full job descriptionAre you looking to work for a fast paced business with international presence based in Luton?
This is a varied role offering full exposure across purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, multi-currency accounting, and European VAT. You will be involved in day-to day finance operations from the outset, with genuine scope to develop and take on increased responsibility over time.
A key part of this role includes supporting the European division, with the opportunity to progress into ownership of the P&L as you grow.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing supplier invoices, credit notes and resolving queries
*Supporting payment runs, cash flow forecasting and expenses
*Managing sales ledger, credit control and customer invoicing systems
*Reconciling multi-currency accounts across UK and Europe
*Assisting with EC Sales Lists, VAT returns and European reporting
*Supporting month-end close, payroll timesheets and reporting
*Involvement in finance projects and process improvements

*Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied role
*Previous finance experience ideally with some exposure to month end
*Interest in developing a career in finance
