Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience

If you are the kind of paid media professional who gets frustrated watching campaigns underperform when you know exactly what to fix, this role was written for you.
A well-established and fast-growing independent retailer is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join their in-house team in Harlow. This is not an agency role where you manage twelve clients and fight for five minutes of thinking time. This is your patch. Your campaigns. Your results.
You will have real ownership over paid digital performance across Meta and Google, working as a key part of an ambitious in-house marketing team that has serious growth plans and the investment to deliver them.

What You Will Actually Be Doing
You will own the planning, execution and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google, working closely with an external agency to keep performance aligned to targets. Alongside that you will:
*Analyse campaign data and translate insights into clear, confident actions
*Build campaign proposals and performance reports that actually influence decisions
*Keep the business ahead of platform changes and emerging digital trends
*Work cross-functionally with a team that values your expertise and listens to your recommendations
What You Will Need
This is a hands-on performance marketing role and we need someone who can hit the ground running. You will need:
*Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
*Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
*A background in retail marketing
*Sharp copywriting skills and close attention to detail
*The ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball
