Associate Lettings Consultant - Tower Bridge | Southbank | Wapping £34,000 Basic + £5,500 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of London’s most established and respected prime residential agencies as an Associate Lettings Consultant within a high-performing East London team.
This role is ideal for a confident, driven and commercially minded negotiator who thrives on winning business, closing deals and building long-term client relationships. We are looking for a genuine deal-maker with the ambition to become one of the top performers within a successful and collaborative office.
The patch covers some of London’s most sought-after rental markets, including Tower Bridge, Southbank and Wapping, offering access to a diverse portfolio of properties and a strong applicant database.
The Role
*Conducting viewings and converting enquiries into successful lets
*Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
*Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to completion
*Building strong relationships with landlords, applicants and local contacts
*Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
*Proactively canvassing and identifying opportunities within the local market
*Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey
*Consistently achieving and exceeding individual targets and KPIs
About You
*Previous experience within residential lettings
*Proven track record of negotiating and agreeing deals
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Confident, ambitious and highly motivated
*Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business generation
*Enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
*Professional, polished and career-focused
*Full UK Driving Licence preferred

Package
*Up to £34,000 Basic Salary

*Commission Kickers Starting at 8%, Rising to 12% and 15%
