Full job descriptionPower BI Developer | Hybrid | Inside IR35 | £300 - £400 | Newcastle or Manchester
We’re currently looking for a Power BI Developer with a strong focus on data visualisation to join a project within a UK government environment. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, user-friendly dashboards and reports, helping stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions. This is a hybrid role working 2/3 days per week in the Newcastle or Manchester office. Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance is required
Key Responsibilities*Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
*Translate business requirements into clear data visualisations
*Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs
*Ensure best practices in visual design, usability and performance
*Support data modelling and transformation where required
Key Skills & Experience*Strong experience with Power BI (essential)
*Proven track record in data visualisation and dashboard design
*Good understanding of DAX and Power Query
*Experience working with stakeholders in a delivery environment
*Exposure to data modelling / reporting best practices
Desirable*Previous experience working within UK Government / Public Sector
*Familiarity with secure or regulated environments
Security Clearance*Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance is required
