The Role*Acting as the main point of contact for customers during servicing and repairs
*Communicating clearly with customers and the workshop
*Explaining repair work and recommendations in a friendly, easy-to-understand way
*Promoting relevant services and products
*Maintaining accurate records and following processes
*Handling customer queries with professionalism and care
*Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Aftersales department
