Graduate Launch Engineer
Job Description
*Support the delivery of new product introduction programs across multiple automotive projects
*Investigate and resolve technical, dimensional, and fitment issues using structured problem-solving techniques
*Assist with prototype and pre-production build activities, including quality checks and customer shipments
*Participating in project reviews and customer meetings, providing updates on programs progress and key milestones
*Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and action plans
Graduate Launch Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Degree, HNC, HND, or equivalent experience within an engineering-related discipline
*Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and solve technical challenges
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; Project and Minitab experience would be advantageous
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
