The RoleYou’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio of charity and Not For Profit clients, working closely with Partners and Directors while leading audit teams and acting as a trusted adviser to clients.
Responsibilities will include:
*Managing a portfolio of charity and Not For Profit clients.
*Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and trustees.
*Leading audit engagements from planning through to completion.
*Reviewing statutory accounts and ensuring high-quality delivery.
*Supervising, mentoring and developing junior team members.
*Providing technical guidance across complex assignments.
*Working closely with senior leadership on strategic client matters.
*Supporting the continued growth and development of the team.
About YouWe’re keen to speak with individuals who:
*Are ACA or ACCA qualified.
*Have experience managing audit clients within practice.
*Have exposure to charities, education, social enterprises or broader Not For Profit organisations, although strong commercial sector candidates with a genuine interest in the sector will also be considered.
*Enjoy building long-term client relationships.
*Take pride in developing and mentoring teams.
*Have strong technical and communication skills.
*Are ambitious and motivated by long-term career progression.
