As a Senior Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include:
*Leading and developing the quality management systems, including ongoing ISO9001 compliance
*Driving root cause investigation and ensuring corrective actions are closed out effectively
*Managing supplier quality performance, including audits, scorecards, and corrective action activity
*Establishing quality controls across Goods Inwards, Production, Final Inspection, and Dispatch
*Leading the internal audit programme and acting as primary contact for external certification audits
*Providing leadership and oversight of the Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems, including ISO14001 compliance
As a Senior Quality Manager, your experience will include:
*Proven background in a senior quality management role within a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment
*Strong working knowledge of ISO9001 quality management systems, including audit and CAPA experience
*Experience managing supplier quality performance and driving accountability across the supply chain
*Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments where traceability and formal change control are critical
*Lead Auditor qualification preferred
*NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent Health and Safety qualification is desirable
