Description
*Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including corporate, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
*Prepare and review regulatory reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
*Collaborate with internal departments to gather and validate data for reporting purposes.
*Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations and standards.
*Identify and implement process improvements in tax and reporting operations.
*Support audits and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
*Provide technical tax advice to senior management and other stakeholders.
*Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
Profile
A successful Tax & Regulatory Reporting Manager should have:
*Professional qualifications in accounting or taxation (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA).
*Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance and reporting processes within the FMCG industry.
*Proven experience in managing regulatory reporting and liaising with tax authorities.
*Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
