*Talking through ideas and offering guidance to bring their vision to life
*Providing quotes, taking payments, and closing sales
*Handling enquiries confidently, both face-to-face and over the phone
*Smashing targets and making the most of the uncapped commission
What we’re looking for:*Experience in face-to-face sales (retail, showroom, or similar)
*Someone who loves working with people and building relationships
*Confident, driven, and motivated by targets and earning potential
*A natural communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
*Interest in interiors or home design is a big bonus
