This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and well-established business in a varied role combining coordination, customer service, technical support, administration, and e-commerce support.
The successful candidate will play a key role as an Operations Coordinator, supporting the service and spares operation as a central point of contact for customers, engineers, and suppliers, while also assisting with the e-commerce side of the business.
This role is also focused on streamlining internal processes and managing the order book, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner, while continuously improving operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinating and scheduling work for repair engineers across Yorkshire
*Managing and streamlining the order book to ensure efficient order processing
*Processing spares and product orders through the company website
*Managing stock levels and supporting warehouse coordination
*Providing technical support and assistance to customers
*Updating website information, product listings, and pricing
*Supporting the day-to-day management of the e-commerce platform
*Monitoring online orders and ensuring smooth fulfilment
*Handling customer queries via phone, email, and online channels
*Processing invoices and supporting general administration
*Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the full process
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a coordination, technical support, service administration, customer service, or e-commerce role
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Comfortable working with technical products and customer queries
*Good IT skills and confidence using online systems and websites
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach
