Your new role
A fantastic opportunity for a Planning professional to join a busy Southern team.
*Supporting the delivery of multiple planning schemes across the Southern region
*Preparing and managing planning applications through the full life cycle
*Liaising with internal teams, external consultants and local authorities
*Providing strategic planning advice to support project delivery
*Monitoring planning policy and ensuring compliance across schemes
*Contributing to programme timelines and project coordination


What you’ll need to succeed
*Previous experience in a planning role, ideally in a contractor, developer or consultancy environment
*Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and processes
*Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload effectively
*Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
*Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
