An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Legal Secretary to join a highly respected legal practice in Tunbridge Wells.
This is a fantastic chance for a Residential Property Legal Secretary with conveyancing experience to become part of a friendly, supportive team with genuine career progression and flexible working options.

About the role
Supporting fee earners within the Residential Property team, duties will include:
*Managing client communications via phone and email
*Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, lenders and third parties
*Preparing legal documents and correspondence
*Undertaking property searches
*File management, scanning and administration
*Providing full secretarial support throughout the conveyancing process
What we are looking for
*Previous experience as a Residential Property Legal Secretary
*Strong conveyancing knowledge from instruction through to completion
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Friendly, professional and proactive approach
*Ability to work effectively within a busy team
