Full job descriptionWe are currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales to join our reputable client based who is based in Irlam.
Role Details:
*Position Title: Internal Sales
*Location: Irlam
*Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm – fully office based
*Salary: £35k - 38K - DOE
Purpose of the role:
*Manage and maintain existing key customer accounts.
*Negotiate pricing and prepare quotations to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
*Manage customer projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
*Coordinate the purchasing of materials required for customer orders and projects.
*Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships through excellent account management.
*Communicate effectively with customers, addressing queries, concerns and resolving issues promptly.
*Escalate customer requirements and feedback to senior management where appropriate.
*Conduct regular follow-up activity to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
*Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are achieved.
*Contribute market and customer insights to support business development and sales strategies.
Required skills:
*Previous experience within an Account Management, Customer Service or Sales role.
*Ability to multitask and manage several customer projects simultaneously.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work proactively and take ownership of tasks.
*Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
*Team player with a willingness to support colleagues when required.
