Line Leader
Overview
We are seeking an experienced supervisor/team leader to work within a packing environment. You must have previous experience in a similar role to be considered for this position. It will involve working in a chilled environment of 2-8 degrees.
Responsibilities
*Supervise daily production activities to meet quality and efficiency targets
*Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and support
*Ensure adherence to health and safety standards across all operations
*Follow Standard Operating Procedures
*Carry out daily briefings
*Conduct return to work interviews and dealing with poor performance/excessive absence/general misconduct
Requirements
*Previous experience within a supervisory role
*Previous experience in a production/packing environment
*Good computer skills
*Good attitude
Hours and Pay
*Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 but flexibility required to help with any peak periods
*Overtime available
*£14.02 per hour
*28 days holiday per year
