A fantastic primary school in Chesham, Buckinghamshire is looking to expand its Learning Support Team and is recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants to start in Septemebr 2026.
This is a full-time, term-time-only position on a long-term contract, with opportunities for teacher training through the School Direct programme after one academic year.
Position Details:
*Role: Graduate Learning Support Assistant
*Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire
*Start Date: September 2026
*Contract: Long-term, full-time
*Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm (term time only)
*Pay: £445-£500 per week
*Transport: Good transport links and on-site parking available
*Progression: Training provided with pathway into teacher training
About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
*Work with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing one-to-one and small group support
*Support class teachers in delivering tailored interventions
*Contribute to the academic and emotional development of pupils across the school
*Receive ongoing training and mentoring from experienced staff

Person Specification:
