A reputable support services provider is currently recruiting for an administrator on a temporary contract until March 2027. This post requires a motivated and organised person to support the Strategic Initiatives function in collating, writing, reviewing and presenting information that supports the production of grant/contract bids.
Contract: March 2027
Hourly rate: £17.94 (Umbrella)
Hours: Monday to Friday | 25.5 hours
Fully remote with occasional travel to London
Key responsibilities:
*Compile supporting information for bids and applications, this will involve working across multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate information for review
*Gather information to create an EDI resource library, coordinating responses to produce EDI reports and communications
*Maintain a clear record of contracts and leases, working with our finance business partner to ensure that filing is appropriate and processes are streamlined
*Adhere to relevant legislation, good practice and Phoenix policy and procedures, including Health & Safety, Confidentiality and Equal Opportunities
*Always be aware of and act within guidelines for safeguarding of both adults and children and within agreed professional boundaries
The successful candidate should:
*Be organised and motivated
*Proficient in Microsoft package and sharepoint
*desire and willingness to address the needs of internal and external customers and service users; seeking continually to improve quality and standards of excellence
