People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our well-established client based in Runcorn, Cheshire. This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Factory Operative, Machine Operative or Assembly Operative.
Shifts
*Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
*Friday: 06:00 – 14:30
Rates of Pay: £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Production Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
*Precision cutting of materials
*Operating and working with a variety of machinery
*Matching the correct tools to specific job requirements
*Checking product quality and ensuring high standards are maintained
*Recording production information accurately
*Handling materials safely and carefully
Essential Skills
*Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 25kg
*strong attention to detail with the ability to follow work instructions accurately
*A team-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively to meet production targets
Desirable Experience
*Previous factory or Production Operative experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
*Experience using machinery or hand tools would be advantageous but is not required.
*GCSE Maths

*Company policy and procedure training provided to successful candidates
