Field Based role | Region includes Bristol, Cornwall (St Austell) & Exeter
£33,000 + £3,600 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus = £39,900
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Resident Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments across the Southwest of England.
This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on delivering excellent resident experiences, maintaining high estate standards and managing contractors, inspections and maintenance activity across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a portfolio of residential developments across the Southwest of England
*Conduct regular site and block inspections
*Coordinate maintenance and repair works
*Manage contractor performance and service delivery
*Act as the main point of contact for residents
*Support and oversee Tenant Liaison Advisors and external agents
*Ensure developments remain safe, compliant and well-maintained
About You
*Experience in property, block or estate management
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Confident managing contractors and resident issues
*Able to work independently across multiple sites
*Own Transport. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
