Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are delighted to be supporting a well-established travel and logistics business in Poole in their search for an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR administration or rewards/benefits administration experience who enjoys working autonomously and takes pride in high-quality, accurate work. The successful candidate will join a friendly, supportive HR function and report directly to the Group Payroll & HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing the busy HR shared inbox.
*Processing HR post and documentation received through the HR post office mailbox.
*Updating and maintaining the HR system with complete accuracy.
*Coordinating leave and sickness processing with managers and forwarding correct information to payroll.
*Producing data extractions for pension administration and death-in-service insurance contracts.
*Supporting the administration of rewards and benefits programmes.
*Handling general HR administrative tasks and resolving outstanding issues as instructed by the HR Business Partner or Payroll team.
About You
*Experience in HR administration, rewards administration, or a similar role.
*Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
*Able to work independently, use your own initiative, and manage your own workload.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Previous use of contact management or case management systems.
*Confident in updating with accuracy with good IT skills
