A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its friendly and growing team in Wimborne. This role offers a personable and technically strong solicitor the chance to handle a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment, with clear opportunities for progression.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
*Manage a broad range of private client matters including:
*Drafting wills and estate planning.
*Handling probate and estate administration.
*Creating and managing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
*Advising on trusts and tax planning (desirable).
*Dealing with Court of Protection matters (advantageous but not essential).

*Provide exceptional client care, maintaining and building client relationships.
*Work autonomously while also benefiting from the support of an experienced team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with 2+ years post-qualification experience (PQE), though all levels will be considered.
*Strong technical knowledge across private client work.
*Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
*Ability to manage your own caseload independently.
*Proactive and team-oriented approach.
