I am looking for a proactive, confident individual with a can-do attitude to deliver high quality research and reports, take their own initiative to collaborate with Financial Advisers and colleagues to provide a top quality client experience. Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, are committed to excellence and have an analytical mindset??
This position is largely remote with the flexibility for some hybrid working from the clients n office as agreed.

The Role
*Manage communications with providers and colleagues by phone, email and messaging systems to ensure the smooth processing of cases
*Obtain key information and updates where required.
*Source provider illustrations, documents and forms from provider platforms and websites.
*Prepare technical research and analysis documents as required
*Prepare high-quality suitability reports for investments, pensions and protection.
*Preparing clear and concise handover notes for colleagues in other teams.
*Documenting/updating processes relevant to your role where necessary and sharing knowledge with your colleagues.
*Identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies within the processes and proactively flagging these with your line manager for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
*5+ years minimum experience in Financial Advice Services with 3+ years paraplanning experience.
*Full diploma in Financial Planning is preferred.
*Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
*Proven ability to work under own initiative and identify what needs to be done to resolve an issue rather than waiting for instructions.
*Excellent diary management, planning and organisational skills to help prioritise key tasks and work efficiently around tight deadlines.
*Professional, articulate, and confident.
