Job Description:
Full job descriptionKenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a growing technology and AV solutions provider.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven B2B sales professional to develop and manage relationships whilst driving new business and growing existing accounts.
£40–50k basic + uncapped commission, with realistic OTE of £60–70k in year one.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing and developing your own portfolio of clients
*Responding to inbound enquiries and generating new business opportunities
*Producing quotations and proposals
*Building long-term customer relationships
*Managing account renewals and ongoing client support
*Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
Requirements
*Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales experience within technology
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Interest in technology and AV solutions
*Full UK driving licence
