Description
*Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple EMEA countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
*Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies.
*Prepare and validate payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
*Ensure accurate calculation of tax, benefits, and other deductions in line with local laws.
*Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within relevant systems.
*Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports as required.
*Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
*Provide guidance on payroll-related matters to internal teams and employees across the EMEA region.
Profile
A successful EMEA Payroll Manager should have:
*Proven experience in payroll management, particularly across the EMEA region.
*Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and relevant legislative requirements.
*Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
*Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
*Experience within the financial services industry is highly desirable.
