Description
*Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making.
*Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes.
*Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts for the organisation.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
*Collaborate with department heads to track and manage costs effectively.
*Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with auditors.
*Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
*Maintain and enhance financial systems and processes for efficiency.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A recognised qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
*Proven knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
*Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting practices.
*Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred.
*Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
*Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
