We’re partnering with a purpose-led organisation looking for a confident Finance Manager to support senior leaders and shape how resources are used.
What you’ll do
*Partner with senior stakeholders to drive better financial decisions
*Deliver clear, insightful reporting, forecasts and analysis
*Challenge budgets, identify risks, trends and opportunities
*Lead on budget setting and financial planning
*Produce month-end, quarterly and year-end reporting
*Build business cases and support investment decisions
*Monitor cashflow and financial health
*Lead and support a small team to hit key deadlines
What we’re looking for
*Public sector / charity / not-for-profit experience
*Strong business partnering and stakeholder skills
*Confident explaining financial data to non-finance audiences
*Experience with budgets, forecasts and financial modelling
*Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence
