Are you a Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to expand your knowledge in Commercial Litigation with a firm that will help develop your career?
My client is an established law firm based in Southampton who are looking to grow its Commercial Litigation team due to an increase in workload. As 2+ years PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will provide expert advice on all aspects of commercial litigation including commercial disputes, property litigation, professional negligence and intellectual property disputes. You’ll have the autonomy to handle your own caseload, supervised, as well as assisting on more complex HNW matters.
Your role as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor will involve:
