HOURLY RATE: £13.00 per hour - £14.40 depending on experience (£27,000 - £30,000 pro rata)
LOCATION: St Albans + parking permit
HOURS OF
EMPLOYMENT: 9 am – 4 pm or 9 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training. JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Provide administrative support to sales & lettings teams, ensuring they have the
*resources to perform their duties efficiently.
*Prepare, organise, and manage key documentation related to the process of marketing
*and selling properties
*Maintain accurate financial records to support branch transactions.
*Ensure all critical steps are followed in relation to the company’s legal and regulatory obligations,
*Conduct anti-money-laundering checks and raise any irregularities with the Branch
*Manager.
*Perform verification checks on vendors, landlords, and applicants, obtain and check the necessary documentation, ensure documents are scanned and recorded as part of critical record keeping
*Managing calls, emails, and client enquiries.
*Organise schedules and appointments, and ensure all documents are compliant with company and legal requirements.
*Financial Administration: Process payments, invoices, and receipts, and assist in preparing client statements and reports.
*Issue contracts and critical questionnaire’s, manage the return of fully completed
*and signed documents within required timescales
*Issue sales memo’s whilst demonstrating full adherence to the offer process
*Organise and schedule EPC, gas safety & EICR certificates with clients, tenants and contractors as required
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
*Previous administrative experience.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
*A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
*A proactive and professional approach to client interactions.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Effective at managing diaries
